Update to latest Yaru with new folder organization #8

This change takes advantage of the new build/folder organization on Yaru project so that less bash magic is needed to build the three variants.

Does that matter? I don't think themes pull in entire runtime. (Genuinely asking.)

It doesn't really matter, but it's used during build. Just to avoid having to bump everything manually later once 1.6 is EOL
