Getting structural embeddings #30

Hello,

Is there a way to extract the structural embeddings from the model?

Hi, could you clarify what do you mean by structural embeddings? As far as I understand, the only structure representation used by DeepFRI is a usual contact map which you can create using preprocessing/PDB2distMap.py or fetch from TFRecord data.
