Fleet UI: Switching teams does not reset policies/software pages back to Page 0 #18732

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Have more than 20 policies, go to the second (or third etc...) page of policies
  2. Switch teams
  3. Notice the API call isn't calling Page 0 which is the initial call
