Adding zoom .exe software results in '502 bad gateway' #22393

Fleet version: 4.56.0

Web browser and operating system: Chrome

💥  Actual behavior

502 bad gateway error and an app error message that states 'Couldn't add. Please try again' with no context

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Navigate to 'No Team'
  2. Add software
  3. Add the zoom full exe package including all the pre and post install conditions where applicable

So far unable to reproduce. Might be something specific to this customer. A time to jump in and investigate w/ them on a call would probably be very informative.
