@noahtalerman: User request this because their current MDM solution provides an "Open" button in the self-service software end user experience. When they switch to Fleet, they want a similar experience.

I want to allow a user to open an app from the 'My desktop' page after installing it through self-service

No functionality exists for this today

The current solution used by this customer shows an open button in the software portal.

User is able to launch an app immediately after install
