Teams dropdown present when using the "Turn off teams" feature #30200

💥  Actual behavior

With FLEET_PARTNERSHIPS_ENABLE_PRIMO enabled (#28221), the Teams dropdown is still present when viewing software titles.

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable FLEET_PARTNERSHIPS_ENABLE_PRIMO
  2. Navigate to Software tab
  3. Filter by "Available for install" -- This will require manually adding team_id=0 to the URL - see #30198
  4. Select a software title.

Teams dropdown lingers, Without purpose or function, A silent specter.

Fixing this issue, Brings clarity to the view, Less clutter, more truth.

In the glass city, Every detail matters, Fleet becomes more clear.
