Add CriticMarkup support for LaTeX output #44

This mimics the HTML CriticMarkup support, colorizing the LaTeX output when both -a and -r arguments are passed to multimarkdown.

fletcher commented 8 years ago

Modified to include strikethrough and underline as in the default HTML preview for CriticMarkup.
