Remove outdated fantasypros filters #15

The filters for FantasyPros projections were from the 2015 season, so I've removed them so projections load with the consensus of all active sources.

Hmm, it looks like they moved the filters from the URL string down to form data. I'd still like to exclude ESPN when on the ESPN page, and vice versa for Yahoo. I'll update it to send the form data instead.
