Update Connect to v9 #1330

Trezor's Connect v9 is released.

Please update to the latest version. More info here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@trezor/connect.

Is this something the Frame developers need to do, or can I do this (as a Frame user)?

I cannot use my Trezor wallets with Passphrases because the Trezor keyboard does not appear any longer (it used to). The only way I can get it to work is to add a new hardware wallet in Frame, which does bring up the keyboard, then cancel that and unlock my existing wallet. Very annoying.

@ryny24 This is a dev task to update the Trezor Connect lib, the work has been completed in #1342.
As for your issue, are you using Canary or production Frame (beta.22)? We are very close to the Omnichain release so won't be releasing any fixes to the beta.22 branch.

Mine is beta.22. I've been checking for months for a newer release, but I haven't seen anything. Will this Omnichain release appear in place of the beta.22 download link on Github? I found the Canary download. Let me try that! Thank you so much!

wow. already this Canary has fixed my problem. Thank you. I've been on the releases page every week but I didn't know this existed.

No problem. Feel free to join our Discord server for notifications. We will be replacing beta.22 with the Canary codebase, so you will want to switch back to production Frame when that happens.
