SSPC can now be added in the powertrain file, with a few cautions that were implemented in the powertrain builder:
If a cable is connected to an SSPC, it should be the case at both end. In case one is to be opened, for the code to properly converge to a current of zero in the cable, a work on both part is required to decouple the bus voltage from the voltage at the end of the SSPCs
We do a check to ensure that if one of the SSPC at the end of a cable is opened, the other is as well (for the same reason as above).
Still for those reason, a check was implemented in the computation of cable current. If both end are low enough, the current is cutout to zero instead of being computed.
Also updated the requirement to FAST-GA to the 1.2.0
