As a member, I would like to be able to enter my starting values

acceptable criteria:

The values are currently limited to the following: Mass: BMI: Waist size: Body fat:
it must be possible to add more points and values via an add value button (Mass: BMI: Waist size: Body fat: these are points and the values come from the members )
