In order to install and enable widget extension, JL requires Nodejs > v5.x.

Here are the new packages:

Strange I was sure that they were in the current commit.... Anyway, I have pushed a new commit with the missing deps.

since we are touching the base image, move the latest h5py installation from tensorflow into base?
