KCCU and ECAM buttons integrated lighting works with aircraft in cold and dark state #9222

Describe the bug

KCCU and ECAM related buttons on center pedestal have backlit that works even after turning off all the power on the aircraft (no EXT PWR available, no APU running and all batteries OFF). It seems to work regardless of the power state of the aircraft when the integrated light knob is turned clockwise.

Expected behavior

Integrated light shouldn't work when aircraft is not under power and only the hot battery buses are powered.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make sure aircraft is in cold and dark state.
  2. Make sure integrated light dimmer knob (one on center pedestal) is in clockwise position.
  3. Note that KCCU and ECAM buttons have working backlit.
