Describe the bug

In simple words, i opened the cargo door, because the gsx is not synced with the plane, so i need to open the cargo door for a better realism, in the external view doesn't look the cargo doors opened, here i post pictures, so i can't close the doors when im already taking off and by the way nothing advised me, include when i take off, nothing says i have cargo doors opened or something.

Expected behavior

I think the expect its clear, but i expect to the doors closed when the ground equipment is removed, or better say when the cargo ground equipment finish with his job and close the doors.

Steps to reproduce

1. I request the boarding with the gsx.
2. I change to the external view and i look the cargo doors not opened.
3. I open the doors via flypad.
4. I taking off with the doors opened, and nothing advised me.

Now i already landing and when im gonna check the EFB for close the doors, the doors doesn't show open, when in the EICAS show the cargo doors are open, look.
