Repair/rewrite annotation extension

Rewrite UI and correct annotation extension. Rewrite backend. Original annotation was written for SRU/SWORD. Users don't use this tech anymore and require restful APIs or GraphQL.

Allow businesses to annotate their URIs/resources and allow them to pull their tags via API.

Similar to original legacy SRU/SWORD workflow but via REST or GraphQL.

Is there a market for this? Having a sponsor could help to develop a quality solution so it's not just theoretical development but a need driven one. Explore usecases for MVP
