Weird touchpad scrolling behavior on Wayland #450

Describe the bug When scrolling on a touchpad, the text goes into the other direction, with an unusual scroll speed

Expected behavior Text scrolls normally, i.e. text moves the way I move my fingers to (I'm using natural scrolling)

It seems to be similar to the closed issue #363
