Cannot rip tracks to a folder that exists. #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rip a CD except for one track
2. Complete previous rip, then try to rip excluded track.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should get a warning saying the directory exists/files exist, but have
an option to continue anyways. Instead a brief notice flashes that you can
barely see saying the folder exists, regardless of whether the FILE you
want to rip exists, and the program does nothing.

What version of rubyripper are you using? On what operating system? Are you
using the gtk2 or the commandline interface?

I'm using version 4.1, on Ubuntu Feisty (7.04) and using the gui interface.

Please provide any additional information below.
Great work on this app, I was having trouble getting good rips, but I think
this will help a lot. It works really well except for this one problem for
me. Thanks!

This is a duplicate of issue 60, which is fixed in svn.
