Local Expense. There is no button. #89

Summary: There is no button "..." in Local Expense. It appears only after page refreshing. If submit empty expense list system shows error message and Local Expenses hangs. Env: IOS. Precondition: There is no expenses in Local Expenses. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login as traveler.
  2. Go to Local Expense. before refreshing: loc exp empty without buttons after refreshing: loc exp empty with buttons Actual result: There is no button "..." before refreshing. Expected result: Button is on the page before refreshing.
  3. Click on button "..."->"Submit Expense Report" -> "Ok". ajax Actual result: system shows not understandable message. Expected result: System shows error message that there is no possibility to send empty local expenses list.
  4. Now you can click "+" and create new local expense or exit from local expenses and enter again. Actual result: Section "Local expenses" hangs. Expected result: Local expenses works.
