GROA import missing species #208

@ValentineHerr , our GROA import is not incorporating the species field in biomass_litter_CWD.csv. This should go in veg_notes and would be extremely useful for filling in the dominant veg type.

Relates to https://github.com/forc-db/ERL-review/issues/32.

hmm.. weird, I had commented out the line that did that import. I wonder if we had decided at some point to not import it. I'll fix that now.
