@beckybanbury, Fig. 2 and 3 have quite a bit of overlap, and I'm not sure the order is correct. I think we should think a bit more about these two. My current inclination would be to switch their order (Fig. 2 basically shows basic patterns and closure across fluxes, Fig. 3 tests shape and similarity of responses).
I'm opening this issue as a placeholder and want to come back to it after we finish clarifying the paper's structure.
