@ValentineHerr , @nkunert , @bpbond , @hmullerlandau , (@beckybanbury)

I just sent an email to initiate co-author review on this manuscript.

The R markdown file for editing is here. You can edit online (just hit the little pencil icon in the upper right--very easy) or download and edit in R Studio (in this case, its easiest to work with a GitHub desktop integration app like GitHub Desktop).

It can be knit into a pdf using the "knit" function in R studio. If you want to do this, you have to add the file path for your computer around line 32/33. Becky and I are currently getting different .pdf file names (manuscript_draft or manuscript-draft)-- not sure why, may be a Mac/PC thing. If you look at the pdfs, for now just be sure to look at the more recent one.

We have GitHub issues with running lists of manuscript feedback (issue #21) and polishing figures & tables (issue #25). Feel free to add to these or start new issues.

If you want to add references, the easiest is probably just to provide the DOI.

All the data, code, etc. is in this repository

Feel free to follow up with questions!

BeckyMs_2019-10-07HM.pdf HeleneCommentsBeckyMs_2019-10-07.docx Hi Krista and Becky, It's great to see this progressing! Please read my major comments in the attached word doc first, and then look at my notes on the pdf.
best, Helene

@beckybanbury, I just finished going through Helene's comments to ensure everything is fixed or noted in the text, or else registered as an issue.

We now have first round of review from all coauthors integrated, but with some remaining issues/ clean-up.
