throughout, be careful that we don't use "productivity" where we mean "FACF". I've caught many instances of this, and it needs a thorough review.

I believe this is all fixed now.

@beckybanbury, as we edit going forward, let's be careful to use FACF as the general term, not "productivity". (The latter has been our habit.)
