[x] present fluxes in consistent order (I'd propose current order in Table 2)
[x] make sure we use consistent symbols throughout. We might consider deviating from the formal names given in ForC.

@beckybanbury, we're currently inconsistent with variable labels throughout. Let's go with the symbols in Table 2. First, let's settle #88. These will need to be changed in the following places:

[x] throughout text
[x] map figure
[x] table 1
[x] fig 2
[x] fig 3
[x] fig 4
[x] throughout SI

This should now all be consistent
