FACF #57

@teixeirak this is a minor issue, but I think we need to decide whether we use FACF as singular or plural - I had understood it as 'forest autotrophic carbon fluxes' to refer to all of the fluxes we are considering, but we are currently inconsistent with this.

Agreed. I just went through and made it plural throughout.
