add explanation/info what the different colors of the circles mean.

Just an idea: change blue circles to "+" sign and white circles to "-". Then it would be self-explanatory what it means?

So prob could change this to any sign, but i feel like + and - would look quite asci-esc.

Did you mean adding info as in writing it into the docu file? Would do that anyway, good shout.

Might not be my place to judge, but i feel like this is rather obvious after interacting with the tree briefly, no?

I feel the same that it is quite obvious after intercting with the tree. However, in the feedback I got the question what the different colored circles mean... so I feel we should either make it even more obvious by either:

  1. adding a "+" sign into blue colored circles, or
  2. add a legend at the top of the explore tree section

I would not put this into the documentation, as I think most people don't read the entire documentation :-)
