Email tab - On Form submission vs. When Submission Is Edited #770

I have created a form with 2 emails - one for form submission and one for when the form is edited. When I singularly click On Form Submission - the email does not send. The email only sends When Submission Is Edited is checked. Equally each form has an Update button as opposed to a Submit button after the Add button is clicked. I assume this is part of the issue because the form is not considered newly submitted.

Hey There!

You're right - there are two Events which trigger the emails. However, I am unclear on where you're seeing the Update button. The Add button on the Submission page would allow you to create a new submission which would trigger the first email. https://docs.formtools.org/assets/screenshots/i274.gif
