Display Field Value not Answer #771

Hi all i created open list group and set the value different from the text. When i receive the report is there a way so it displays the value not the Display test.

Hey There!

When you say "receive the report", can you give me more information about what you mean? Is this based on an Export, or viewing the data in the Admin Panel, or an email?

If you can possibly, any screenshots would be helpful (please make sure you blur out any PII or sensitive data).
