Publish > blank page #36

Hi,

I can't use the form_builder module. If I click on the Publish tab, I only have a blank page, witch url is : https://www.mydomain.fr/formtools/admin/forms/edit/index.php?page=publish

Everything else seems to work perfectly. Form Tools is installed on a SYnology NAS.

What can I do ? Please help !

The problem was fixed simply by creating the folder : /formtools/themes/default/
