Project Home says BSD license, source code has no license, just "all rights reserved" #35

The project home says that mpoauthconnection is under a BSD License.    Yet in 
the code in the repository has no mention of any license for use of the source. 
 This makes it very unclear if the sources are really licensed under a BSD 
license.   This causes problems where clarity is required.  There was not even 
any mention of a BSD license anywhere in the project files.
