Module ForSyDe.Shallow.Example.Synchronous.FlashADC not exposed #18

I tried importing ForSyDe.Shallow.Example.Synchronous.FlashADC when running stack ghci (or stack repl), but it turns out I couldn't do it, since this module wasn't in the exposed-modules found in the forsyde-shallow-examples.cabal file. I believe there's a need to add it to the file for one to use the module.

I have created a new branch issue-18 that exposes this module.

@joseedil can you take the opportunity to also check that the documentation for the code is correct. I found that the simulate command needs two parameters. Then it works.
