Can't Scroll Build Page with touchpad gestures #162

I can't scroll on the build page using my touch pad gestures. It works if I click and hold the scroll bar, but the scroll direction is reversed. I haven't confirmed if it has the same issue with a mouse scroll wheel.

How to reproduce: Publish a world.

The platform is Steam on Windows
