`fcli fod *-scan setup`: Add Aviator support #594

Enhancement Request

With the relatively new Fortify Aviator support in FoD, we should have an option on the applicable *-scan setup commands (SAST-only, or is Aviator also available for other scan types?) to enable Fortify Aviator.
