Need better handling of FortiManager RPC Connector creation #25

A couple issues with the current implementation

  1. FortiManager IP field needs to support hostname and IP, as fortimanager could be a MEA, or fortimanager cloud
  2. Deleting and recreating fortimanager record fails because the dangling rpc connector config remains. Creating the same fortimanager record should overwrite the connector config
