Added takeout import section to docs/waze.md #222

Existing documentation for Waze takeout import is unclear and i had to dig into the source code to undestand where to put takeout files and what command line parameters to use.

This is better than nothing, and might help the next person trying to use the project.

I improved the Waze documentation further, you can find the changes in PR #229.
