add support for SmallWindow plugin #295

If SmallWindow plugin is enabled, then add an icon to the right of the compact/full button with the "view-restore.svg" icon

Thus will be able to toggle from CoverArt to smallwindow and back again via GUI button rather than hunting in the menu.
