Add the ability to show/hide the toolbar #321

Look to having a "v" & "^" type toggle in the toolbar beneath the volume icon to show or hide the toolbar - in many ways similar to the Microsoft Word ribbon toolbar option. Probably should also add a "?" type button same size as the "v" & "^" toggle that opens the wiki page

If its not possible via the standard toolbar then probably just add this capability via my alternative toolbar plugin.

ok - my new plugin alternative-toolbar now has this toggle option.

Can connect to the toolbar-visibility signal of this plugin to determine if to show or hide the coverart toolbar
