[Bug]: Create Kingdom Button Disappeared #864

What happened?

I'm not sure exactly when it happened but the Button that was on the party folder in Actors to create a kingdom has disappeared. It may have been when I added the Kingdom Building, Camping & Weather module, but even when deactivating this module I am unable to get the create kingdom button to appear again.

What package are you reporting this for?

I have the same issue. Even on a new World with just the kingmaker module active.

Had an older version of the Pathfinder System installed on another instance of Foundry (v6.4.1) where the create kingdom button was available, but when updating that one to v6.7 the button disappeared.
