New chat messages appear with unnecessary top-margin #292

New chat messages are being created with a large top-margin which is visually unexpected.

You apply the following CSS rule which causes this. I suspect there's a reason you added this, but I don't understand why that might be.

To be honest I think this (generic trackers) is more the area of a Module, not the core pf2e system.

For Actions/Feats/Features: I agree we need a X per day tracker. But that's a slightly different feature request.

With respect, is it though? Like, it's inordinately useful for players in a variety of games, including society games. What if you want to track the amount of times you got a discount at bar in Magnimar, or something the GM ad-libbed?

If, as you say, there's a need for an x per day tracker; why not just make it fully featured to allow customization? You'll need a spot for multiple per day trackers anyhow, it's not this would be taking more space.

But if you really want an argument for "core pf2e", then I should remind you that Adventure Paths are something people run all the time. These adventure paths do indeed, and already have in Extinction Curse, feature subsystems from the Game Mastery guide and plain just "custom ones" from Paizo themselves. The GMG makes it clear that these are but a series of examples of a whole host of mechanics which would benefit from generic trackers. Be that fame, circus performances, specialized abilities acquired from rare backgrounds, rebellion mechanics-- you name it. Paizo places at least one of these tracker heavy subsystems in each AP.

I just cannot fathom a sheet without generic trackers. Without an inch of homebrew, trackers are the very first thing my players added to their biography, due to it being not featured.

If these words don't convince you, then so be it. I guess we'll just have to wait till someone makes it so with a module, as you say.

Hmm..if we make x/day trackers for actions/feats:

Then you can just create your own custom Skill Feat for "Speak to the King once a week". :)

That would work pretty well! If those feats show up as "actions", that would be even better. :D

+1 on the idea of Use/[period] trackers, not specifically Use/day. Look at the 5E implementation here as a guide.

Closing as deep in module territory
