Crosswalks with Open Civic Data #6

Hey folks! I work on a project called Open Civic Data, which is a collaborative effort with a bunch of different Open Gov friendly orgs - I work for the Sunlight Foundation a 501(c)3 US nonprofit.

Open Civic Data has a set of Division Identifiers that are being used by us at Sunlight, Google and a few other folks to talk about places.

It'd be really cool to get data from a Sunlight or Google API call and use that to index out to a shapefile

I'd love to help get crosswalks against these shapes, it'd be really useful for all the Open Gov'ey folks. What do y'all think?
