Cannot load property 'name' of undefined #4

Just got my BlueConnect this evening. Made a BlueConnect account, added the BlueConnect, to my pool called 'Zwembad'. Installed the BlueConnect app, in Homey, entered credentials, and then it proceeds to the screen "Selecteer de apparaten die je wil toevoegen" which does not list my device but simply reads: "Cannot load property 'name' of undefined"

Thanks for reporting. I have seen one user reporting this before, but I cannot find that report now. This was resolved by that user by himself, but unfortunately I do not remember how.

Could you please send a diagnostics report from Homey, and I will look at it. Thanks in advance!

Hi!

I changed the name from 'Zwembad' to 'Achtertuin', and then the HomeyApp could find it. If this was causality or coincidence I can't tell... Yet it works right now!

To be more clear: I changed the name of the pool within the BlueConnect Android app

That was really strange. Could you be so kind as to rename it again, back to the name that wasn’t working. If the problem appears again, could you send a diagnostics report?

I changed it back to 'Zwembad', no problems at all.

My thoughts: might be either because the cloud-account was brandnew (60 minutes old) and something not initialized serverside (?) or might be that the name-change triggered / re-setted something serverside (?)
