[x] Add CUP As a dependency
[x] Use CUP TOW Model for the TOW Launcher(s) (Temp. Will be replaced with proper model later)
[x] Use CUP Metis Missile model for FP Static Metis.
(Skipped for now) Use CUP Models if quality is the same in order to save Harddisk / Modpack size
[x] Ensure that all weapons work with CUP Vehicles

CUP has been integrated as a dependency in FP Static.

Currently the TOW and the Metis make use of the CUP A2 Projectile models.
