Work slow. 1-2 sec delay #436

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run keepnote
2. Run other memory-intensive programs, wait for 1-2 hours
3. Go to keepnote, we see delay in 1-2 seconds, + every time accessing other 
page from the left tab
I think keepnote gone to SWAP on HDD.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1-2 seconds delay shoud not be in place. At least not every time accessing 
other page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP SP3, Keepnote 0.7.1 and 0.6.x

Please provide any additional information below.

Similar delay was experienced immediately upon starting 0.7.8 in Windows 7 x64. 
 Every notable operation, such as a right-click on a node or starting to enter 
text would have a delay of 1-2 seconds before expected results.  After 
remembering that a development version was available, switched to 0.7.9 and 
opened the "Notebook" that had been in use.  Delay has not been observed since 
although computer has had high memory usage due to other software.  Although 
40MB seems to be a little high memory usage for text, icons, and structures, 
keepnote.exe from 0.7.9 seems to be behaving.
