Notebook tab ordering isn't remembered across restarts #468

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open two notebooks (A then B)
2. Drag B's tab to the left of A's in the tab bar
3. Close and reopen Keepnote

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

B's tab should still be on the left of A's.  Instead they are reset to the 
order they were opened in (A on the left of B).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.7.2 on Linux and OSX
