0.7.2 can't opening an old notebook created by 0.7.1 #474

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.creat a notebook with 0.7.1
2.open it with 0.7.2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when I open an old notebook created by 0.7.1 it shows "opening notebook" 
without any further information.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I tried it in windowsXP and Windows7 in my laptop(both chinese simplified). the 
same.

Can you try opening with the new testing version 0.7.4.  Also if you have 
problems can you send me the error log too?  Thanks!

I've tried the new version:
the same notebook created by 0.7.1 can be opened with 0.7.3

I've tryed both 0.7.3 and 0.7.4, both version can open the notebook
created by 0.7.1.

but after a install a newer version (without uninstall the older one)
there was Error.

Please find the Error message in the attachment.
