lost_found folder is missing #497

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Upgraded from 071 to 073
2.Tried to open the existing notebook unsuccessfully.
3.Checked the log and found:

"AssertionError: /home/user/KEEPNOTE_DB/main/__NOTEBOOK__/lost_found"

After that I just created "lost_found" folder and everything is OK now.

I have made a fix in KeepNote 0.7.4 that will prevent this error from happening 
in the future.
