Add styles support

Please add support for using customizable paragraph's/text's styles, to allow 
users to set text's properties by one click/shortcut (font face, font size, 
colors at once)

Debian GNU Linux, KeepNote 0.7.4

Please provide any additional information below.

Formated text simplify orientation, but the formating must be the same in all 
pages for this. Setting all text options by separate actions is not very 
effective..

here is dirty patch, to add the header buttons to editor_richtext.py. It has 
some problems, as the bold and color properties are toogled, but can be a good 
start for this.

I did some improvement in patch. Now there are toolbar's buttons, menu items 
and keyboard hotkeys for styles. The font size is dynamicaly computed from 
notebook's default font size. Font size multiply constants and the colors are 
still hardcoded.
