Format of Word Document getting messed up in generated PDF File

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Take a Word document having different sections and each section having a 
sub sections like a,b,c,d etc.
2.When PDF File is generated using JODConverter second sections subsection 
a,b,c,d will generated as e,f,g,h. continuation of first section.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Please find the attached Word document and generated PDF File, they are 
not matching in format. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OpenOffice Version 3.0. Windows 2003

Please provide any additional information below.
