[README] Improve readability of example #2

This example output is in a code fence, which makes it difficult to read. Move that to a quote, since we're quoting a bot, not looking at code.

Hi Jake, thanks for your PR. You're right the example was hard to read. However I've changed the direction of the project quite a bit (https://francisrstokes.github.io/trump-chain/) and in so doing updated the readme already.
