Plugin - Scheduler not working correctly #225

my scheduler is not working properly, it holds at the speed set by "limited
1" regardless of the how i have set it up. i have checked my server time,
deleted the scheduler.dat and reinstalled the plugin but it continues to
happen.

can anyone help

I am running rtorrent 0.84 i have recently updated from 0.79, running
Rutorrent 2.8

Attach here file /var/log/rtorrent.log, please. Gzip it, if it too big.

This is now solved. I completely deleted rutorrent and all its plugins and 
reinstalled.
