Takenote: Variables for file name

The standard file name for a note is %username%_$date$_$time$

Are there other variables than these three that can be used?

In particular, I'd find the first line of the note to be useful. Recently Notepad for Windows has adopted this convention - the file is automatically named as the first line of the file.
